About Hal's Hal's Hamburgers has been feeding Pendleton since 1952. We're a family-run burger and shake joint, and when the line's out the door and the drive-up is stacked, we need people in the kitchen who thrive on the pace. If you've worked a real fast food kitchen and you know what it takes to keep up during a rush, we want to talk to you. What You'll Do Grill burgers, cook fries, and build orders quickly and accurately Keep your station clean, stocked, and ready to run at all times Move fast during rushes without cutting corners on quality or food safety Handle multiple tickets at once and keep track of every order Follow all food safety and sanitation standards Work with the rest of the crew to keep orders flowing What We're Looking For Previous fast food kitchen experience is required. We need someone who can step in and keep up, not learn from scratch. Speed. You know how to move without wasting steps. Multitasking. You can run the grill, watch the fryer, and read three tickets at once. Reliability. When you're scheduled, you're here, on time, ready to work. Valid Oregon food handler card, or ability to get one within 30 days of hire Able to stand for full shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a hot kitchen Team-first attitude. This is a small crew and we count on each other.
