We're looking for a dependable, energetic Breakfast Line Cook who takes pride in preparing great food, working as part of a team, and creating a great start to our hotel guests' day. If you're the kind of cook who enjoys the energy of a busy breakfast service, takes pride in a beautiful and well-stocked buffet, keeps your station spotless, and likes seeing guests leave happy after a great breakfast—you might be exactly who we're looking for! This position requires a 5:00 AM start time , so we're looking for someone who is dependable, punctual, and ready to hit the ground running first thing in the morning. What You'll Be Doing Prepare and cook breakfast buffet items according to standardized recipes Set up and stock your cooking station before breakfast service Ensure the breakfast buffet is properly prepared, replenished, and presented Maintain proper food temperatures and safe food handling practices Assist with prep work including chopping, portioning, marinating, and labeling Monitor food levels and communicate with the team when additional preparation is needed Work efficiently during busy breakfast periods Help receive and properly store food deliveries Assist with banquet and special event food preparation as needed Complete opening and closing kitchen duties Keep your workstation clean, organized, and inspection-ready throughout your shift

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Has a Valid Oregon Food Handler's Card - OLCC Certification & ServSafe a Plus! Can reliably arrive and be ready to work at 5:00 AM Loves cooking and takes pride in every buffet item prepared Has previous line cook or commercial kitchen experience Works well under pressure during busy breakfast periods Understands food safety and sanitation standards Can multitask while maintaining quality Communicates well with coworkers and restaurant staff Is committed to providing exceptional guest experiences Has open availability , including weekends and holidays Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
