Role:

Prepare and cook fried foods to consistent quality standards while maintaining efficiency during peak service timesMaintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the cooking area, equipment, and food storageMonitor food quality, temperature, and presentation to ensure every dish meets our standardsWork collaboratively with owner to ensure smooth operationsFollow all food safety protocols and company proceduresDemonstrate flexibility by rotating between our 4 locations as needed

What We're Looking For:
