We are casual restaurant. We are looking for an individual with a positive, professional, and able to work in a fast paced kitchen environment. Ability to jump in where needed is a must.

Requirements:

• Be able to work 40+ hours a week
• Be able to work Lunch, Dinner, Weekday, Weekend when needed.
• Reliable, Responsible with a positive attitude.
• Be able to stand for a long period of time.
• Be able to follow direction and learn how to clean food equipment and tools.
• Be able to follow direction and learn how to prepare vegetables and ingredients.
• Be able to follow direction and learn how to cook Thai food.
• 3 years of knowledge and experience in cooking Thai food.
• Food handler card and a copy.

Responsibilities Prepare and cook authentic Thai dishes, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards Assist with menu planning to ensure variety, seasonality, and customer preferences are met Handle food safely by following proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures Support food preparation activities including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients Serve meals efficiently and courteously to guests or during catering events Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment in compliance with health regulations Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service times Qualifications Proven experience in dietary department or dietary aide roles preferred Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food service within the Thai food industry or restaurant settings for at least 3 years Knowledge of menu planning, meal preparation, and food safety standards Skilled in culinary techniques including knife skills and food handling practices Experience in fine dining or catering environments is a plus Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude towards teamwork and customer service Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards Join us to bring your culinary passion to life!
