Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety protocols Support menu planning by suggesting innovative ideas and ensuring ingredient availability Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and service efficiency Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner for service, maintaining presentation standards Skills Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices Experience with dietary department or dietary aide roles is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with menu planning, catering, and food service operations Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Embark on a culinary journey that celebrates creativity, precision, and passion.
