The ideal candidate will be able to handle high-volume service while maintaining consistency, speed, and exceptional food quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items primarily at the sauté station, including meats, seafood, vegetables, and sauces. Maintain control of the sauté line and coordinate with other cooks to ensure timely and accurate orders. Follow standard recipes and plating guidelines with consistency. Set up and stock station with all necessary supplies before and during service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the station throughout the shift. Ensure food is stored properly and rotated according to food safety guidelines. Work closely with the chef and kitchen team to uphold kitchen standards. Assist in prepping ingredients for the sauté station and other areas as needed. Communicate clearly with team members and front-of-house staff.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of professional cooking experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant. Proven skill and confidence working the sauté and grill stations, etc. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (ServSafe certification). Ability to read and execute recipes, prep lists, and station breakdowns. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Must be able to meet background check requirements and pass a drug screen. This is a Temp to Hire positions and is meant to be long term! Must be able and willing to work weekends and holidays!
