Job Description
Quality check ingredients and prepared products to be used during service Follow recipes accurately Prepare food using various appliances and equipment Maintain a clean, safe and sanitized work area Organize equipment, utensils and other tools prior to service Participate in the garnishing and presentation of dishes Oversee opening and closing duties for each assigned shift Clean and sanitize work areas Follow food safety and sanitation standards diligently during all food handling and preparation processes Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal service and high-quality food delivery Handle food with care, demonstrating excellent knife skills and food preparation techniques Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or culinary environments Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling practices Experience with meal preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations required Strong knife skills and proficiency in food industry standards for hygiene and safety Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
