Meaningful work serving residents in a home-like setting Supportive, team-oriented environment What You'll Do Prepare and serve meals for residents in accordance with menus and dietary needs Follow recipes and ensure consistent quality and portion control Accommodate special diets and food allergies Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen Use kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices Provide friendly, professional service to residents and guests What We're Looking For At least 1 year of cooking or food service experience preferred Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Ability to follow recipes and dietary requirements Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Strong teamwork and communication skills
