The job includes taking orders, stretching and topping pizzas, and assisting customers and management in everyday situations. Looking for employees who can work 20-40 hours per week, with night and/or late night availability. Responsibilities Prepare pizza dough, toppings, and ingredients according to established recipes and standards. Assemble pizzas with precision, ensuring proper portioning and presentation. Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to cook pizzas to perfection. Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including sanitizing surfaces and properly storing ingredients. Follow food safety protocols and handle food items with care to ensure quality and hygiene. Assist with inventory management by checking stock levels of ingredients and notifying supervisors of shortages. Support team members during the closing process to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time. Skills Experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen operations within a restaurant or food industry setting. Knowledge of food handling safety regulations and proper sanitation practices. Strong knife skills and familiarity with meal preparation techniques specific to pizza making. Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy closing hours. Experience with menu planning or fine dining environments is a plus but not required. Excellent attention to detail for quality control and presentation standards.
