Description Concord Hospitality's Hotel West & Main is looking for a talented Line Cook to join the culinary team behind two of Conshohocken's most exciting dining destinations: Hook & Ladder Sky Bar & Kitchen and 1874 Social. What You'll Do As a Line Cook, you'll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by: Preparing high-quality dishes according to recipes and presentation standards
Ensuring food is cooked and served safely at proper temperatures
Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
Labeling, dating, and rotating food products according to company standards
Supporting kitchen operations through food preparation, stocking, and equipment maintenance
Working collaboratively with the culinary team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Maintaining a positive attitude while handling high-volume service periods What We're Looking For Passion for cooking and hospitality
