Westmoreland Country Club , located in Export, PA , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Line Cook! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Private club setting — professional service, not public restaurant chaos Consistent business with banquet, event, and à la carte service Scratch cooking with quality ingredients Supportive, experienced culinary leadership Long-term stability and opportunities to grow within the team Previous cooking experience required; club, restaurant, or banquet experience preferred Strong fundamentals: knife skills, basic cooking techniques, and prep organization Reliable, punctual, and team-focused attitude Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a full-time schedule Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Culinary education is a plus, but experience and work ethic matter most Prepare and execute menu items according to club recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines Perform daily prep duties to support service and events Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations Assist with banquets, weddings, tournaments, and special club events Communicate clearly and work as part of a team-driven kitchen Take pride in consistency, timing, and plate presentation Full-time position with steady hours Schedule based on club operations including weekends and holidays Competitive hourly pay based on experience Overtime opportunities during peak season and special events Shift meals provided Uniforms provided Paid training and support during onboarding Advancement opportunities within the culinary team Club benefits available for eligible employees About Troon Founded in 1990 and headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ, Troon is the world's largest professional club management company, that specializes in services in golf, hospitality, and residential communities.
