Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and assist in the assembly of menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines Cook dishes with precision, ensuring consistency, quality, and timely delivery Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, ovens, fryers, and food processors Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety standards Support menu planning by preparing ingredients needed for daily service and special events Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and prevent cross-contamination Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and service flow Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant kitchens, or dietary departments is highly desirable Familiarity with food preparation methods Knowledge of food safety management practices and adherence to safety standards in production Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Experience with meal preparation, catering, or dietary aide responsibilities is a plus Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with kitchen team members Basic understanding of menu planning, recipe adherence, and food industry best practices Embark on a culinary journey where your skills make a difference!
