It is a lively and energetic environment filled with year-round racquet sports, first-class dining and banquet facilities, a new modern fitness center and a resort-style aquatics complex. Seeking candidates specifically with hot line experience.
Line Cook Responsibilities include:
Preparing good tasting food with excellent presentation Preparing food properly in allotted time frame Maintaining a clean, sanitary, organized station Adhering to proper food storage practices
Line Cook Experience and Job Requirements:
Formal culinary training is preferred but not necessary Knife/cutting skills Ability to follow recipes accurately Knowledge of cooking techniques Flexible availability ServSafe certification is a plus Professional appearance and pride in work Our culinary team is looking for individuals with a positive attitude and friendly manner desiring to work in an upscale setting.
