Moe's Crew Member (Cook/Prep) The Moe's Crew Member (Cook/Prep) helps prepare fresh, high-quality food and keeps the kitchen running efficiently. No experience? No problem—we'll train you. We're looking for someone who is fast, organized, and ready to learn in a team-focused environment. This role comes with real opportunities to grow into shift lead and management positions.

Pay:

Up to $18.00/hour, including tips Plus a free meal every shift! You will report to the Shift Supervisor and/or Moe's manager on duty.

Attendance bonus:

an extra $75 every quarter. Work your posted shifts all quarter, or arrange approved coverage in advance when you can't, and it's yours. Paid every 90 days, on top of wages and tips.

Must be 18 or older to use kitchen prep equipment

What You'll Do:

Prep and portion ingredients using simple recipes Cook and assemble menu items quickly and accurately Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized Follow food safety and sanitation standards Work efficiently during busy shifts Support your team to keep operations running smoothly
