Cook Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook meals according to menus and dietary guidelines Ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner and served at proper temperatures Follow sanitation, infection control, and food safety standards Assist with food prep, inventory, and kitchen organization Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment Work closely with dietary staff to ensure resident satisfaction Accommodate special diets and dietary needs as directed
Qualifications:
