This position is essential in maintaining appropriate staffing levels, particularly on weekends and during periods of increased need. Hours Every other weekend (required 11:00am- 7:30pm) Weekdays as needed to provide coverage (3pm-7:30pm)

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of café, deli, and pizza menu items in accordance with established recipes and food safety standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and food preparation areas Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices Assist with food prep, stocking, and inventory as needed Provide support to team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations Step in to cover shifts as required to maintain service continuity

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a café, deli, or pizza kitchen preferred Knowledge of basic food preparation and cooking techniques Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong reliability and flexibility with scheduling Commitment to food safety and quality standards Team-oriented with good communication skills
