Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment; flexible schedule
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations, design, implement, and adjust patient-centered treatment plans per physician direction and patient goals Delegate and direct therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring multidisciplinary collaboration Craft functional therapy programs promoting effective reintegration into community activities Educate patients, families, colleagues, and students on therapy processes and care plans Uphold professional and ethical standards, maintaining compliance with institutional and regulatory guidelines Maintain meticulous, timely documentation—including assessments, goals, and necessary records—in line with clinic policies Commit to personal and professional growth through development plans, continuing education, and active participation in performance improvement initiatives Play a proactive role in patient and workplace safety, promoting a secure and supportive environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Current and valid Physical Therapy license (or eligibility) for the state of assignment Prior experience in hospital or outpatient therapy settings strongly preferred Competency in comprehensive patient assessment, treatment planning, and documentation Strong communication and interpersonal skills; effective collaboration with patients and team members Dedication to ongoing learning and contribution to professional development programs
