Job Description
We are a small ramen place focused on great food, efficient teamwork, and high-quality standards. We keep kitchen operations streamlined and straightforward. Job Responsibilities Prep ingredients, noodles, broths, and toppings according to established recipes Work the line during rush hours (noodle boiling, frying, plating, and assembling bowls) Keep cooking stations clean, stocked, and sanitary throughout service Follow food safety guidelines and complete standard opening/closing cleaning checklists Requirements & Qualifications Basic kitchen or line cooking experience preferred, but willing to train motivated candidates Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent weekly schedule Ability to learn hands-on food preparation routines quickly Focus on teamwork, cleanliness, and efficiency during busy rushes Complete English fluency is not required—clear, simple kitchen communication and willingness to learn standard procedures are all that matter
Pay:
$14.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per weekBenefits:
