Line Cook

Recipe Philly is a first-of-its-kind restaurant concept: a full-service dining experience based on the principles of Heirloom Hospitality. Our menu is built from real family recipes, surfaced through a citywide competition and accompanying TV series. The food here means something. So does the team behind it. We're looking for a passionate and reliable Line Cook (we call this position Meal Preparation Specialist) with at least one year of line experience to join our kitchen team. This person takes pride in consistency, keeps their station tight, and shows up ready to work alongside a crew that's building something special. What you'll do Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and portion sizes Set up, maintain, and restock your workstation before and during each shift Uphold food safety and sanitation standards without being reminded Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation of dishes Receive, label, and store food supplies as needed Communicate clearly with chefs and team members to keep service moving Step in where the team needs you What we're looking for 1+ year of line cook experience in a commercial kitchen Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Strong time management and organizational skills A collaborative mindset, genuine attention to detail, and a willingness to keep learning Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs A positive attitude that holds up under pressure What we offer Competitive hourly wage (based on experience) Free staff meals Real growth opportunities as the restaurant expands A supportive and inclusive team culture Recipe Philly is a state-of-the-art green kitchen and a genuinely unique concept in the city.
