We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated line Cook to join our team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious breakfast dishes that delight our guests and set the tone for their day. Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items with precision, consistency, and flair, including eggs, pancakes, breakfast meats, and other specialty dishes Ensure all food is prepared according to established recipes, menu specifications, and presentation standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines Assist in menu planning by suggesting new breakfast options or improvements based on guest preferences and seasonal ingredients Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and portioning to minimize waste and maximize quality Support the team during busy service periods by efficiently managing multiple orders while maintaining high standards of quality and speed Follow all health regulations and safety procedures to create a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues Requirements Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within restaurants or hospitality settings; fine dining experience is a plus Strong knowledge of food handling practices, safety standards, and sanitation protocols Skilled in culinary techniques such as knife skills, meal preparation, and cooking methods specific to breakfast cuisine Experience with menu planning and catering is desirable Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Prior dietary department or dietary aide experience is advantageous but not required Familiarity with food industry standards related to food safety and serving practices Join us as a line Cook and bring your passion to life!
