Job Overview We are seeking a Cook to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for preparing meals that meet our established standards. Duties Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes, menus, and dietary guidelines Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, slicers, and other culinary tools Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen area to ensure food safety compliance Assist with menu planning by suggesting innovative dishes and ensuring ingredient availability Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and safety standards in production Work as a team to ensure timely meal preparation and service Requirements Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or related roles within the food service or restaurant industry Strong knife skills with proficiency in slicing techniques and ingredient preparation Knowledge of food safety management practices and adherence to safety standards in production environments Experience with menu planning, following standard club recipes, and meal preparation processes Ability to operate various kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork with kitchen staff and other departments Prior dietary aide or dietary department experience is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential Join us as a Cook and bring your culinary passion to life!
