Pennswood Village seeks a talented Full-time Cook to join our highly skilled culinary team! We seek a candidate who is creative, passionate about culinary arts, has enthusiasm for learning, able to work in a team environment and have a customer service mindset.

JOB SUMMARY
In collaboration with our Executive Chef and Culinary team the daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, resident-centric environment Prepare meals in accordance with the quality standards specified in recipes or as otherwise designated. Able to work efficiently to turn out meals rapidly. Preparing high quality food items in batches or to order for our guests and residents Work efficiently on the food service production line to assure that meals are prepared on time Controls food usage to minimize waste Ensures proper food safety and sanitation standards to ensure resident and guest safety Flexible to work in all areas of the kitchen and grill station. Utilizes a 'clean as you go' practice during shift to maintain a clean, neat and well-organized work area. Portion meals using appropriate measuring tools. #AP123
