In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting our signature pizzas with care, consistency, and quality that keeps our customers coming back for more. Responsibilities Prepare and assemble pizzas according to Alex's Pizza recipes and quality standards Safely operate kitchen equipment including ovens, dough mixers, and prep tools Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines at all times Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout each shift Assist with food prep and stocking to ensure smooth kitchen operations Work efficiently during peak hours while managing multiple orders Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate orders Qualifications Previous experience in a pizza shop or restaurant kitchen preferred Basic knowledge of food handling, safety, and sanitation practices Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes consistently Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen Why Join Alex's Pizza Roxborough?
