About the Role We're a new take-out spot in Pine Grove looking for a reliable, hard-working team member who can help prep ingredients, maintain a clean kitchen, and support smooth daily operations. What You'll Do Prep veggies, proteins, and sauces according to recipe specs. Cook on flattop, oven range, and deep fryer Maintain clean, organized prep and dish areas throughout the shift. Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and prep equipment. Assist with restocking, labeling, and storing ingredients properly. Support the team by helping assemble menu items during busy periods. Follow all food-safety and sanitation standards (clean as you go). Help with opening, closing, and cleaning duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Attention to detail and willingness to learn recipes and kitchen systems. Able to lift up to ~30 lbs and stand for the duration of shifts. Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Prior kitchen or dishwashing experience is a plus, but not required. Must be at least 18 years old. Schedule & Pay Hours of operation: 11am-8pm, Tuesday-Sunday $12-$16/hr depending on experience + potential meal perks.
