LINE COOK JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Assist in menu planning and development
• Ensure proper knife handling and food preparation techniques are followed
• Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with catering events as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the food industry or as a line cook preferred
• Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
