Lebo is looking for Lead Line Cooks to join their team ! You'll collaborate closely with both Front of House and Back of House team members to ensure smooth service and consistent quality. This role requires a passion for food, a strong work ethic, teamwork, and a positive, can-do attitude, all while upholding company standards and delivering a great guest experience.

Requirements:

1+ years kitchen prep or line cook experience Knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations ( ServSafe Certification a Plus Ability to work well in a stressful and fast-paced environment Basic knife skills with familiarity and comfortability in kitchen Outstanding communication and organizational skills Proven ability to be a team player Flexible Schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays Benefits for our BOH staff include: Health Insurance (for full time employees), Paid Time Off, Employee Dining Program, and more!
