Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals and snacks for our patients and residents, including specialized diets such as therapeutic diets and modified diets
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Assist with menu planning and ordering of food and supplies
- Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served in accordance with our facility's policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure that all dietary needs are met and that patients and residents receive exceptional care
- Maintain accurate records of food production, inventory, and waste management
