Job Description

Overview Cook positions available across multiple Rhode Island locations. Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available. RIDOH Certification preferred.

General Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and production schedules. Assist with meal service. Portion and present food appropriately. Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen. Follow all food safety and HACCP procedures. Assist with inventory and receiving deliveries. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team.

General Qualifications:

Previous commercial cooking experience. Healthcare, hospitality, institutional, or restaurant experience preferred. Basic food safety knowledge. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Dependable and punctual.

Physical Requirements:

Stand for long periods. Lift up to 50 lbs. Bend, reach, and carry food and supplies. Safely operate commercial kitchen equipment.

Required Uniform:

Black Chef Coat, Black Kitchen Pants, Black Non Slip Shoes Job Types:

Full-time, Per diem

Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
