Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Ensure food is cooked properly and served at the correct temperature
• Be able to maintain a clean and orderly workspace, by following all SOP's & cleaning schedules.
• Assist with catering events as needed

Experience:

• Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook is preferred
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques and knife skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
