Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, fryers, slicers, and knives Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols Assist with meal preparation, portioning, and plating to ensure timely service Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to coordinate food production and meet service demands Follow food handling procedures diligently to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations Support inventory management by monitoring ingredients and notifying supervisors of supply needs Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant kitchens, or culinary environments preferred Strong knife skills with proficiency in slicing techniques and food preparation methods Knowledge of safety standards in food production and food safety management practices Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork within the kitchen staff Experience with menu planning, recipe adherence, and meal preparation techniques beneficial Familiarity with operating various kitchen equipment safely and effectively Embark on a rewarding culinary journey with us!
