Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and experience in meal preparation, ensuring that each dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in the kitchen, contributing to menu planning and executing fine dining experiences for our guests. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely meal preparation and service. Assist in menu planning, including seasonal changes and special dietary needs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace. Follow food handling and safety guidelines to ensure a safe cooking environment. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, assisting with ordering as needed. Support other kitchen staff in various tasks as required, fostering a cooperative team atmosphere. Requirements Proven experience as a cook or in a similar role within the culinary field. Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations. Familiarity with menu planning and dietary aide responsibilities is a plus. Strong culinary skills with an emphasis on fine dining techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others in a team setting. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
