What You'll Lead:

Organize and coordinate daily kitchen operations and team workflow. Mentor and develop line cooks, fostering their culinary growth and confidence Motivate and uplift the team with positive energy and professional guidance Execute chef-developed scratch recipes while ensuring team consistency Manage prep schedules, inventory, quality control standards, and food safety protocols Create a respectful, collaborative kitchen culture
