Line Cook

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation and dedicated to delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food
• Cook and plate various dishes according to recipes and quality standards
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
• Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain a smooth workflow

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Line Cook or relevant role in the food industry
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling
• Ability to work well in a team setting and follow instructions efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in catering or meal preparation
