As a Lawn Maintenance Crew Member, you'll be an essential part of our team, helping maintain residential and commercial landscapes while working outdoors in a positive, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities:

Work with crew leaders to complete daily and weekly lawn care tasks Safely use equipment (mowers, weed-eaters, blowers, etc.) Perform edging, trimming, pruning, and general landscape upkeep Follow a property maintenance plan to ensure quality results Clean up job sites and remove debris Communicate any issues or plant health concerns to the crew leader Maintain equipment and handle tools with care Drive company trucks Follow company safety policies at all times

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license required Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills Dependable and able to show up on time every day 2 year lawn care/landscaping experience (Preferred) Frequently lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds Knowledge of plants and landscape maintenance Energetic, positive attitude and a passion for working in the landscape industry

Pay & Schedule:

Starting pay: $22
