Summary We are seeking a skilled Expo/Line Cook to join our culinary team at Hot Fish Club. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment, contributing to our mission of delivering outstanding food and service. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards. Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow during meal service. Assist in the preparation of ingredients and maintain kitchen organization. Monitor food quality and presentation before serving to guests. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and cooking equipment. Requirements Proven experience as a line cook or similar role in a restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
