Job Description
Under general supervision performs customer service work in food and beverage operations at North Myrtle Beach Sports Park. Work involves preparing menu items to specification in accordance with state and local regulations, expedite food orders in a timely manner while ensuring quality product presentation. Work to control food loss and waste. Clean, sanitize, organize, and restock on an hourly basis. Work closely with the team members, supervisors and manager. Reports to the Food and Beverage Supervisor.
Must be at least 16 years of age and have experience in food preparation, sanitation and hygiene, working with the public in the service industry, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience, which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Tasks involve the ability to exert moderate, though not constant, physical effort, typically involving some combination of climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling, and lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of objects and materials of moderate weight (up to 40 pounds), and occasionally heavier objects and materials (up to 250 pounds) including pushing and/or pulling wheeled concession carts.
