Executive Chef, Sous Chef Holly Tree is a full-service private club offering exceptional amenities to please every member of the family, as well as a Wedding and Event venue with full-service in-house kitchen to provide the best possible food and drink options to the Members and Guests.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Kitchen Staff
  • Maintains safe food handling and proper sanitation of workspace
  • Prepare food products for restaurant and banquets in accordance with production plans
  • May carve meats or prepare specialties of the house
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of food products
  • Perform personal duties as required by the overall food service operations
  • Prepares menu items following recipes and yield guides, according to department standards
  • Follow HTCC company break policies
  • Follow Grooming and attire guidelines
  • Receives and puts away deliveries in a timely manner
  • Communicate needed work orders for maintenance repairs to chef
  • Be aware of any shortages and communicate with Chef before the item runs out
  • Assist other assigned personnel in preparation of the requested food and coordinate orders for pick up by food servers
  • Maintain cleanliness of work stations, kitchen area, walk in coolers and freezers
  • Assist in providing breaks for other associates working the line as necessary, when advised
  • Responsible for maintaining a consistent regular attendance record
  • Review menus and prep lists and consult chef on duty for tasks for the day
  • Ability to complete given assignments in a fast-paced environment
  • Assumes 100% responsibility of the quality of the product they serve
  • Track and report any food waste
  • Engages in daily restaurant food prep, consistent plating, culinary execution, workstation organization and quality control,teamwork and Communication
  • Must be able to lift at least 50lbs and able to spend a majority of the shift up moving.
