Basic Qualifications:
Prior experience as a line cook is essential. Culinary Arts degree preferred but not required. Knowledge of kitchen equipment, tools, techniques, and ingredients. Understanding of food safety protocols and proper handling. Passion for culinary arts and guest service. Ability to follow recipes, accommodate food allergies, and propose menu items. Proficiency in knife skills and butchering techniques. Commitment to cleanliness and maintaining a safe work environment. Willingness to assist with cleaning and maintenance duties as needed. Maintain a professional appearance and observe personal cleanliness standards. Willingness to take on additional duties as assigned by the Executive Chef or Sous Chef. Benefits at
