What You'll Do Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and quality standards. Set up, stock, and maintain your station before, during, and after each shift. Ensure food is prepared accurately, consistently, and in a timely manner. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area throughout your shift. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department standards. Communicate effectively with fellow cooks, managers, and front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service. Assist with food prep, stocking, rotation, and cleaning duties as assigned. Help create a positive, professional kitchen environment by working as part of the team. What We're Looking For Previous line cook or kitchen experience is preferred, but we're willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Dependable, punctual, and able to work well under pressure. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
