The back of the house employees is the backbone for our entire operation. Responsibilities We want to WOW our customers by doing more than just cooking food. Coachable attitude Engage in a friendly manner when customers enter the building Follows our recipes and checklists to ensure a consistent product and safe environment Work with others to ensure orders get out in a timely fashion Demonstrate upbeat attitude, professionalism, punctuality, high standards & teamwork Must have the ability to handle high volume work Benefits Next-day pay available for those that qualify Organized environment.
