You'll work in a clean, organized kitchen with a team that takes pride in enhancing the human spirit—one meal at a time. Key Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and serve high-quality meals based on dietary guidelines and resident preferences Ensure food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness across all kitchen and dining areas Prepare meals for special diets (diabetic, low-sodium, gluten-free, etc.) Work collaboratively with a friendly culinary team Maintain organized prep areas and follow established recipes, portions, and standards Support a positive, respectful, team-oriented kitchen culture What We're Looking For Experience as a Cook, Line Cook, Prep Cook, or Kitchen Lead (senior living, healthcare, or restaurant experience a plus) Knowledge of food safety procedures and kitchen sanitation Ability to follow recipes and prepare meals in quantity Team player who communicates well and works efficiently Compassionate, dependable, and committed to great service Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, organized environment Food safety or culinary certification is a plus (not required)
