Line Cook/Pizza Maker

Line cook position at local brewery taproom with great food (pizza, appetizers, salads) (Lebanon) Hourly, based on experience, starting $17 employment type: part-time or full-time East Nashville Beer Works is looking for an entry-level cook who needs to add some experience to their resume/portfolio. We need help part-time to start: Friday-Sunday availability is a must as well as availability to work closing shifts. Other shifts will be available to pick up as well. We are a brewery, taproom, and restaurant. Beer is our main passion, with awesome food a close second. We are known for a killer pizza menu, with salads and apps as well. As a part of our team you do a little bit of everything (cooking, prep work, dishes, etc). We keep it simple, but everybody does everything, we are not siloed.

• Previous kitchen experience as a cook in a high volume kitchen environment
• Line preparation in a fast moving environment
• Knowledge of safe food handling practices
• Expediting, good time/resource management
• Dishwashing You must be fast, great at time management, multi-tasking, and organization, and have a very positive attitude and strong work ethic (cannot stress this enough).
