All candidates must meet TN licensing and training requirements, as well as Kiddie Academy training requirements, and pass a background check.RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for planning and implementing a menu in compliance with CACFP guidelines Prepare meals for up to 150 children Follow children's allergy and dietary restrictions Ensures the cleanliness of the kitchen is appropriately maintained Attends and participates in staff meetings and academy events as requested Ensures all Health and Safety protocols are followed at all times Cover teacher lunch breaks as needed Performs other duties assignedQUALIFICATIONS
Must meet all requirements stipulated by the state for this position Prior cooking experience required Experience using a Unox Combi Oven a plus Must demonstrate strong dependability with consistence attendance Able to adapt in any of the Academy classrooms Have a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old Present a pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality Must be able to interact appropriately with students of all ages and skill level as well as with parents, coworkers, and management Must be able to lift no less than 40 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the work day to at least waist high Must be able to work shift as assigned to meet the needs of the programBenefits:
