Compass Hotel by Margaritaville is looking for PM Line Cooks to join our growing culinary team. Located in the heart of Pigeon Forge, Compass Hotel by Margaritaville offers guests a laid-back, island-inspired experience where the beach meets the mountains, and our kitchen is a big part of creating memorable stays. What You'll Do Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards Set up and stock your station before each shift Work efficiently during dinner service while maintaining quality and consistency Ensure all food is prepared safely and served promptly Keep your station clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the shift Follow food safety, sanitation, and company standards Work closely with fellow kitchen team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience Assist with closing duties and preparing the kitchen for the next day What We're Looking For Previous line cook or restaurant kitchen experience preferred Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Strong sense of urgency and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented Passion for preparing high-quality food Why You'll Love Working Here Starting pay of $16.00
