Full Job Description Hours:

• Tuesday through Saturday 2 PM to 11 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensure proper storage of food items in designated areas
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and kitchen equipment
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create new dishes and menu items
• Assist with catering events as needed

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant or catering setting is a plus, but not required
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques and food safety regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
