This key role is perfect for someone who thrives in both front‑ and back‑of‑house operations, executing menu items with precision, and preparing efficiently for the next day. The ideal candidate takes initiative, keeps buffet lines fresh and well‑stocked, and brings a positive, outgoing attitude to every shift. Schedule:

Monday - Friday 6 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Occasional catering events, evening and weekends Summers off

Ensure that all food is appropriately displayed and visually appealing. Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members. Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques (HAACP). What you'll need: Experience with cooking in a commercial kitchen. Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English.
