Austin Sports Club is looking for motivated, energetic, and team-oriented Cooks to join our kitchen team.

We re a busy, high-energy restaurant where the pace can be fast and the standards are high. We re looking for cooks who take pride in what they do, care about consistency and quality, and understand that great food starts with a great kitchen team.

Whether you're experienced on the line or looking to take the next step in your culinary career, we're looking for people who bring a strong work ethic, positive energy, and a willingness to learn.
WHAT YOU'LL
DOPrepare and execute food according to recipe and quality standardsWork efficiently and accurately during high-volume serviceMaintain proper timing, consistency, and presentationSet up and maintain your station for a successful serviceCommunicate clearly with the Chef and kitchen teamWork closely with other cooks, expo, and front-of-house team membersMaintain proper food safety, sanitation, and organization standardsRestock and prepare your station for the next serviceSupport your teammates and jump in wherever neededHelp create a positive, professional, and team-oriented kitchen cultureWHO YOU AREYou take pride in your work and the food you put outYou thrive in a busy, high-energy kitchenYou understand the importance of teamwork and communicationYou can maintain quality and focus when the pace gets intenseYou are reliable, hardworking, and accountableYou care about cleanliness, organization, and consistencyYou have a positive attitude and bring good energy to the teamYou are eager to learn, improve, and growProfessional kitchen experience is preferred, but we are also open to motivated candidates with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
