Job Description
Come join our award winning team! Intero is a farm-to-table Italian restaurant focused on sustainably sourced ingredients, whole animal butchery, wood fire cooking and house made pasta, breads and cheeses. Our contemporary Texan take on Italian cuisine features produce and meat exclusively from Texas. We have a small, tight-knit team and are looking for candidates that appreciate a fun yet challenging work environment.
Qualifications:
Ideally 1+ years kitchen experience in a restaurant setting
•open to the right culinary student candidate.
Demonstrate competency in knife skills, basic cooking techniques and general kitchen equipment use. Capacity to work independently, and as a team through open communication, with a positive, helpful attitude.
Ability to maintain a sense of urgency with attention to detail and ability to develop proper time management for tasks.
Able to lift 50 pounds and have full physical mobility to stand for 8hrs +Have an open schedule for nights and weekends.
