We are a San Francisco Mission-style taqueria food trailer specializing in the high-volume preparation of large, customizable burritos, quesadillas, tacos and rice bowls.

Core ResponsibilitiesSpecialized Food Preparation and Cooking:

Grill:

Expertly grill steak and chicken.

Burrito Assembly:

Assemble "Mission-style" burritos to order, ensuring quality and consistency with precise portion control for a wide variety of ingredients (meats, rice, beans, salsa, etc.).

Recipe Adherence:

Follow specific recipes for various dishes, including salsas, marinades, and sides, to ensure flavor consistency.

Batch Cooking/Prep:

Assist with large-quantity food preparation, including chopping vegetables and preparing raw ingredients in advance of service.

Key Skills and QualificationsExperience:

Proven experience as a line cook or grill cook in a high-volume restaurant or food truck, preferably specializing in Mexican cuisine.

Physical Stamina:

Must be able to stand for extended periods, work in varying temperatures, and lift up to 40-50 pounds.

Attention to

Detail:

Keen eye for consistency in preparation to maintain high standards.

Work efficiently in the confined, fast-paced environment of a food trialer.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service and minimize customer wait times.
