Your culinary skills will help create memorable dining experiences for our guests, fostering a lively and welcoming atmosphere. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your kitchen expertise while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality, presentation, and consistency Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times Assist with meal preparation for various service periods, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including knives and cooking tools Support catering events by preparing bulk food items and ensuring timely delivery Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent food service Experience Previous experience in a dietary department or dietary aide role is highly desirable Restaurant or food industry experience demonstrating familiarity with kitchen operations Knowledge of menu planning, food preparation techniques, and cooking methods Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation across diverse cuisines Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling practices Experience in catering or serving environments is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Join us to be part of a vibrant culinary team where your skills make a difference!
